Here are your options.
Once a file goes into the Recycle Bin it is not gone forever. There’s an easy fix.
Go to your trash can and browse to find the deleted item. Right click and select Restore. The file will be restored in its original place.
If you emptied the Recycle Bin or “Shift-Deleted” files, you need to stop using that drive until the files are retrieved.
